These templates act as a toolkit to assist you in building a birth plan that will help you stand up for yourself. Self-advocacy is important – especially when you don’t have another advocate with you, like a doula or a family member. Even when you do have others with you, it is important that they know and understand your rights – and that they know what is important to you.
For now, these templates are offered only to Nevada clients. Each state has different rules and laws, and so legal guidance is state-specific!
