Doula Contract Cancellation – Notice Letter Templates

Let’s say you’ve used one of the templates to draft a contract between a doula and a client – but now, one of you needs to cancel the contract. It happens! People part ways – or unexpected things come up. That’s why you had a contract, in the first place – so everyone would know what would happen in case of cancellation.

What to do?

In this case, notice in writing to the other person is normally required. You can send a letter (via e-mail or snail mail, depending on your contract) – and Your Legal Doula can help send one that will assist in a smoother end to the contractual relationship.
